  • To be clear, while Coaching may be therapuetic, it is not Therapy. Alex is trained as a Coach, and is not trained in Mental Health help. In our Coaching Sessions, we focus on present and future states, not the past. If Alex feels that you may benefit from therapy, he will let you know.

  • Most of us go through our day reacting mentally and emotionally to the world around us. This allows an external view of who you are, that you are just the reactions to the situations and challenges around you.

  • A Creative Mindset is where you are observing your situation, challenges, and the feelings associated with them. Based on reframing the topic, you can make a choice in how you want to be and act. You are defining yourself from within.

  • While Alex has a strong business and technical background, he is adept at active listening to not only your topic, but how you are relating to it. He has an empathetic heart, and will also challenge you to move forward at the appropriate time.
